Kate and Ava’s beautiful day began with a portrait session at Humboldt Park. The fall sky and gorgeous yellow and orange leaves created the perfect backdrop for their photos. We followed up portraits in the park with a stop at Go Tavern and Liquors where the two met, grabbing a photo outside and a quick wedding day shot at the bar where acquaintances gathered for the Bears game offered well-wishes to Kate and Ava. Their ceremony and reception was held at Eris Brewery and Cider House and served as the perfect place for their wintery art deco vibe.

Kettie and Dave’s wedding day began with intimate gatherings of family and friends for getting ready photos. Kettie’s family gathered at home while Dave’s came together at the Michigan Shores Club. Their elegant ceremony was held at Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Wilmette, IL, followed by a Wilmette Harbor Club reception. Their cocktail hour overlooking the harbor was the perfect start to an evening of dining, dancing, and heartfelt speeches.

Kailee and Luke’s festive Christmas wedding took place at Cog Hill Golf and Country Club in Lemont, IL. They had a first look over the light-covered bridge downtown and portraits with their wedding party then proceeded to the country club for their ceremony and reception. The holiday decor, Christmas trees, and twinkle lights made everything sparkle and the fireplaces in the club added an extra warmth and glow to a lovely evening of celebration.

Morgan and Joe’s Halloween elopement was one for the books. Morgan wore a stunning black ball-gown that was the perfect contrast to the fall leaves in Lincoln Park and stood out against the stark background of Lake Michigan at North Avenue Beach. She and Joe eloped at City Hall then met me for some beach portraits and posed shots in the park with their dearest family and friends. It was a lovely gathering.

Dalia and Sam’s engagement session was a golden hour dream. Starting with some cold but cozy beach shots at North Avenue Beach, we then transitioned over to River North and the Riverwalk for some iconic downtown Chicago shots and photos near their home. You could feel the love between these two and their interactions were so sweet.

Marjory and Lionel’s engagement session took place on a very cold and windy day in downtown Chicago however they were good sports and weathered the storm to get some great shots capturing their love along the Riverwalk. We began at the Wrigley Building and made our way across the river, eventually ending up near River North for some bridge photos and found some other unique backdrops in the area. These two are so much fun and I look forward to their wedding in 2027.
